BOOKING

  • Please fill out all information accordingly. Make sure you book the correct appointment for the service you want.

  • There is additional cost for additional services.

  • All styles include a wash, condition, blow out .

  • Hair is not included in every service. Please be sure to read the style descriptions.

  • A card is required on file for cancellation policy & payment of deposit. Your card will NOT be charged unless you do not meet the cancellation/ rescheduling policy ; or you choose to use the card as your form of payment. 

Pre-Appointment.

  • Please make sure you have read and understand everything about the service you are booking.

  • Hair should be 3- 4 inches all the way around before booking. Please reach out in advance.

  • You should not  a previous style in if you did not book a take down service. In this event you will be charged or the appointment will need to be re-scheduled due to timinig.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required  to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are are due immediately upon booking.

  • Deposits can only be paid through the the webiste.

Late

  • If you are running behind schedule I do understand things happen. However if you are more than 15-19 minutes late there will be a fee of $15. After 20 + minutes your appointment is cancelled. Please communicate effectively if you are running late. 

  • You must be in my chair ready to be serviced before the 20 mins.

  • In the event I am running extremely behind you will be discounted or can cancel with no additional fee.  Please note I am a stylist and can multitask. There is a difference in me shampooing client and putting them under the dryer versus you sitting in your car waiting 45 minutes.

Cancellations

  • If you have to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance. 

  • No call/ No shows will not be able to book again and will be charged in full.

  • There will be  a $35 fee automatically charged for not cancelling on time. Please respect my time as I will respect yours.

Re-scheduling

  • In the event you have to re-schedule please do so 24 hours in advance. Your deposit can be transferred one time up to 15 calendar days . After 15 days you have forfeited your deposit & a new deposit is required to book.

  • If you try to re-schedule within 24 hours the appointment will be canceled and the cancellation fee will apply.

 

Travel & Location

  • I do apologize for any inconvenience but I do not travel.

  • The location is listed in the confirmation email upon booking.

  • For bridal packages travel can be included which will be discussed upon consultation.

Payments& Pricing

  • For some styles the price that is listed is a starting price. If you are unsure of the style you want meets the price requirement please contact before booking.

  •  Remaining balance are to be paid in cash or through zelle. You can pay by card but there will be a 4% processing fee.

  • I DO NOT ACCEPT CASH APP

  • Please bring exact change.

  • Due to the nature of the services there are no refunds.

F.Y.I.

  • If you have any hair allergies or scalp conditions to braiding hair, products, etc please notify me BEFORE booking a appointment.

  • desired styles are at the clients request and I am not responsible for any reactions or allergies of a style. Please do your research.

  • All sales are Final. Any issues should be stated within 48 hours after service. After 48 hours there will be a fee for anything that needs to be touched up and is  on the customer. Any issues with services rendered or styling should be stated before leaving the salon. Once you leave the salon I am no longer responsible.

  • There are chemical products, as well as hot tools & hot water that can be used during the service & you agree to the use & understand the risk of use.

  • Reading the policy page is solely your responsibility before booking. Failure to read and adhere to the policy can result in your appointment being canceled.

Photos of hair will be taken and videos may be made for promotion purposes.
